The upstairs apartment, Nicky's Nest, is available year round. The layout is comprised of a large living room/bedroom, bathroom and separate eat-in kitchen -- about 500 square feet. Sometimes, a second unit with the same layout, Aimee's Apartment, is available.
Vacation rental rates:
October 16 through December 15 / $1,400 per month, or $350 per week.
December 16 through March 31 / $1,800 per month, or $450 per week.
April 1 through October 15 / $1,200 per month or $300 per week.
The 800-square-foot downstairs apartment, Christine's Cottage, has one bedroom and bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and living room.
